Counselling sessions last 50 mins.


Clients need to provide 24 hours notice of cancellations to avoid being charged for the session. 

I will always do my very best to rearrange the session where possible.


No, there’s no need to see your GP for a referral to Changing Tides and no records are forwarded to your family, GP or employer.



Counselling can help with a wide-range of problems, including (but not limited to):
